He has managed high-impact ventures, where he provided advisory services in Business Development, Growth Strategy, Distribution Management, Team Building & Change Management. As the Chief Business Officer of Aero Telcom Pvt. Ltd., Sourabh spearheaded business development, strategic planning, marketing, and risk management initiatives, driving organizational growth and innovation.

In his corporate career, Sourabh has excelled in senior roles with reputed organizations like Keysight Technologies, Apex Power Tools, SEW Euro drive & IBM. His expertise encompasses partner account management, strategic sales, technical support, and international business development across India, South Asia, and global markets. Additionally, he has more than 10 years of experience in Government sales and consulting along with Key account management of Nestle, Pepsi, Havells, Haldiram and many more. His ability to align market needs with innovative solutions has consistently delivered tangible results in revenue growth and market expansion.

Sourabh’s academic credentials include a B.Tech ( Electronics) and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning. He has also completed advanced modules in Artificial Intelligence in Business and Negotiation from IESEG School of Management in France and participated in globally recognized training programs on SPINTM , ASMSTM , Value Selling, Negotiation, and Leadership.

Outside of work, he is a voracious reader and an accomplished author, having written "It's Monday Again," a non-fiction book that reflects his insights and perspectives on navigating challenges and finding purpose in life.
